The SB20 fleet enjoyed a day of coaching in a strong, gusty, westerly breeze. It was an extremely useful reminder of outstanding boat maintenance issues and of basic upwind and downwind boat handling after the winter break. Coaching by top sailor and coach Rob Smith included very useful tips on sailing in gusts and keeping the boat flat, plus videos for analysis.
