Keelboat Half/Full Day Taster Session

Are you keen to try sailing but unsure about committing to a full course? The RTYC are offering Half Day (three hour) or Full Day (six hour) sailing taster sessions which are sure to give you the bug!

This relaxed and informal taster is delivered by an RYA qualified instructor aboard a Colgate 26 keelboat which is forgiving and stable with easy access from a pontoon mooring in Torquay Harbour (no wet feet!).

After a safety briefing you will be involved in all aspects of sailing the keelboat including taking the helm, raising/lowering and adjusting the sails. All this whilst enjoying the beautiful views of Torbay from the sea.
