The term mental health is often used but rarely adequately defined. Its use spans everything from our own sense of wellbeing to clinical disorders that require involuntary inpatient treatment. In this talk I will give an overview of the territory, before going on to discuss how we can all attend to our own mental wellbeing and that of people around us.
There will be time at the end for Q&A. Please send any questions or areas that you would like me to address during the talk to: doctorljones@gmail.com
