REFRESHER TRAINING FOR FORTHCOMING CHAMPIONSHIPS

There are two  more volunteer training sessions planned for this weekend volunteers.

Saturday 28th at 9.30 am  –  Practical Rib refresher sessions on the water, meet in Training Room.

Sunday 29th at 9.30 am    –   Practical session on the Harbourside and  meet in the Billiard Room.

FREE Tea and Coffee will be available at all sessions

All aimed at developing and learning new skills and building confidence and teamwork. Each session will be tailored to those attending.

A wonderful morning sailing on Saturday 21st, our first day on the water this year
Perfect conditions for a shake down sail and to welcome several new young sailors and their families to SQ13.
We have sessions coming thick and fast over the next few weeks, with some racing planned as well for the kids.

Entries are now open for the Torbay Royal Regatta

The Torbay Royal Regatta is shaping up to be a great event this year with two separate race areas  and multiple classes choosing Torquay for their championships. We will be hosting the IRC South West Championship, Impala Nationals, and both the J/24 and RS21 Nationals.  We are hoping to see strong Sportsboat entry especially from the SB20 class with their World Championships coming to Torquay in 2027.
